Edits beyond the four included each year, and edits for sites without monthly care, are quoted before any work begins. Free hosting plans have usage limits that suit most small business sites. If you don't have a web address yet, I register one in your name and it renews yearly at the registrar's price.

I'm Charlie. I ran a painting contracting business, studied architecture and spent years in sales, so I know what it's like to be on the job all day and what makes a customer pick up the phone.

Questions owners ask me

Do I really own the site?

Yes. Your web address is registered in your name, and when the site goes live you get a complete copy of every file. If you ever stop working with me, you can hand it to anyone and host it anywhere.

What does the $25 a month cover?

Hosting, upkeep and someone keeping an eye on it. It also includes four edits a year, such as new photos, changed hours or new wording. You text me the change and I make it.

What if I don't want a monthly fee?

Then I set your site up in your own free hosting account and hand it over. There's nothing to pay monthly. If you want a change later, you ask me and I quote it before doing any work.

How fast can it be live?

Within 72 hours of payment, once I have access to your web address. The sample is already built by then, so most of the work is done before you spend a dollar.

I already have a website. Can you replace it?

Yes. I build the new one first so you can compare them side by side. Your web address and your email stay exactly as they are.

Will I show up on Google?

Every site is built so Google can read it and find you by your business name. Showing up for searches like your service and city takes more setup and some time, which is what the Get Found Package is for. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking.

Is the sample really free?

Yes. If you don't like it, you owe nothing and I take it down.
